Black Wave

SYNOPSIS

A shipwrecked African comes in the care of the uniformed mermaid ""Germine Identity Card"", which is guarding the sea in the wooden observation post. The decadent, irresponsible border officer takes the African with a military aircraft to the nearby island in a refugee camp. There he is disinfected and flushed with other refugees and other waste back to sea, allegedly to Europe.
